Very good product. The only downside is that it's difficult to leave baby facing the road as they grow with the bars behind the seat. Otherwise, very happy with the seat!!!

Order tracking needs improvement, as well as delivery tracking. Bebe2luxe is unreachable by phone, after the phone message it says that you can leave a message and will be called back but in fact it cuts off immediately, you can't even leave a message.
