Sale of good products..... However, change the delivery time because I received my purchase a week later and not in 72 hours

Nothing to complain about the delivered material and the excellent quality/price ratio for this car seat. However, the delivery leaves much to be desired: aggressive and unfriendly delivery person.

Good except for the delivery service, which I would rate poorly. The delivery person gave my car seat to a neighbor I didn't know and signed for me. With a cesarean section, I had to go down myself to retrieve and carry the 15 kg package.

This is my second identical car seat from BB2luxe. Reliable value, excellent quality/price ratio.

Quality car seat at a fair price. I am satisfied with my purchase. However, big downside on the delivery... First order lost by the courier and second delivery left in my street in plain sight. In short, I recommend Bébé 2luxe but advise against GLS. Customer service is very responsive at Bébé 2luxe

Very happy with this 3-in-1 chair. However, we were not informed of the stock shortage. We had to ask to be notified. Otherwise, nothing to complain about!

Delighted with my purchase, the seat is top-notch. Small downside, no manual inside and the little key, I called customer service, they were super nice and told me I would receive it by mail. Received but still no key, it's the one that apparently is used for the cover removal.
