Really bad, complete scam
I waited more than a month and a half for my package!! While a friend ordered and received her package 2 days later??!! When I told them after several email exchanges, they always replied with the same thing that was written on the site, which was false, it said 24 to 48 hours. Anyway, in addition, GLS asks you to schedule your delivery, they delivered it a day early when I wasn't there of course, so I had to wait 3 more days. Moreover, they wrote to me saying there was a problem with my package, which was false, it arrived perfectly fine. Fortunately, the product is of good quality.
Delivery not made, the delivery person did not come to our house and put it in a relay point. Shameful!!!! I would like to be refunded for my shipping costs. We pay shipping costs for nothing.
Very bad service I am not satisfied because the delivery person lives next to my package and is not informed to pick up your package and does not call me to inform that your package is directly outside. that's why I am not satisfied.

I am not happy, I received the package but the color did not match my order
I did not receive the right color. Ordered gray, received pink, super, I have a boy at home. I am still waiting for news from my messages.

I placed my order in May, received it in July. Out of stock, however, the product was still offered for sale on the site (for the treasury surely covid). Moreover, we were offered a commercial gesture for the inconvenience, baby cutlery that I never received and do not wish to receive. Bad experience. Avoid, go to eBay, they offer the same products.
NEVER AGAIN
Big delivery problem. Supposedly in 48 hours since 09/07, I am still waiting for my package.
2 months of waiting without any news. If I hadn't written to customer service, I would have had no information.
Very disappointed with customer service and the service provided. We ordered on May 30, we knew and understood that delivery times might be extended due to Covid19, however we received the order yesterday, July 15, which is a month and a half wait. Not to mention the logistical error that indicated the package was delivered and would be returned when that was not the case. Finally, on the actual delivery day, the delivery person was ready to leave after 2 minutes of waiting. It's a bit disappointing after all this wait.
So your products are not checked after manufacturing? Because receiving a swing with the wrong attachments (impossible to attach them together) raises questions about the safety of the product...

Poor quality product
I’m still waiting for a response from customer service; the magic dodo was sewn upside down, head at the bottom and feet at the top. It’s frustrating because they are unreachable by phone, only by email, so it takes too long and it annoys me. I had been waiting for this order for over a month. What solution? Because honestly, being pregnant, I have no desire to run to the post office to return it. Hoping they find a solution quickly because we are going on vacation at the end of the month.
I am missing a product, I was only delivered one product. The delivery person said that was all he had.

Nothing to report regarding your site, however, a big downside for the delivery. The order includes two car seats and only one has been delivered so far... the order status is marked as delivered even though it is not complete. Impossible to reach your number

False advertising
One swing is missing from the two ordered! It's theft!

"Boom fixed set" was defective, I mean this part keeps getting stuck in the frame every time I push the button to release the chair swing.

Extremely disappointed
Customer service unreachable by phone, never again with them and they know it. Honestly, the worst of my purchases. However, the product is as described and of very good quality. I recommend it. This is my opinion and it is objective.
