I only give 3 stars because of the disastrous delivery by GLS. There were several days of delivery delay due to the lack of professionalism of the delivery person. In the end, my package was delivered on our trash bins outside our home. This is unacceptable considering we paid €8.90 for delivery fees. The ALPHA swing (violet color) that we received is perfect, it is an excellent quality/price ratio. It assembles very quickly and easily. It is even better than the swings of the same type from the brand 4Moms which are much more expensive and that babies tolerate poorly..... So I recommend this product but be careful with the delivery by GLS.

The product itself is very good. But a wait of 2 months to receive the product and a somewhat unprofessional delivery. The product was left in the garden in the rain behind the house, without any notification...

I ordered a black stroller, I have the order confirmation and we received it in pink.

Not serious at all! I ordered a swing, 2 weeks after my order no news. I follow up to get an approximate date for delivery (the shipment is supposed to be made 8 days later! Of course, none of this is specified at the time of purchase). 10 days later still no news, I follow up AGAIN to understand what is happening and finally the swing is no longer in stock in all colors... and then no, finally there is gray left! Their customer service by phone is almost always closed. They are still responsive to emails. For the product, I am satisfied but the communication is zero! So I give the 2 stars only for the swing.

Few products, more childcare and baby products would be nice!

The delivery person rang the bell, specified that the carton is behind the door and goodbye. Very little communication. But delivery was well done. Haven't looked inside yet.

Hello, I had to change the color, no red available before early August, too bad.

Order was perfect, but paying ~€13 for a delivery that ultimately arrives 96 hours later is not great.

I did not receive the package I originally ordered and I hope to receive it one day.

The baby seat is comfortable but not optimal in use. My baby in the lying position, facing backward, is not really lying down and thus had his head falling when he fell asleep. There is no instruction manual provided with the order. The belt to secure the baby is not easy to use, I don't know if it's me who couldn't manage it or the design, but the belt was too tight around my baby's thighs. Why is the belt attachment fixed? I can't really say that I am satisfied, I bought this product following a friend's recommendation who is satisfied, but after taking a 1400 km trip with the seat, it's not the best for my baby.

Very disappointed because the only two toys to hold must be fixed on the arch, which is normal, but this last one must be completely closed on the baby when the baby is inside; whereas it is not necessary to fold everything normally, it would have been wise to just put a clip ring alone. In short, to avoid.

I received my package quickly but I received the Luna deck chair with a strap defect. The same day I called them and they are sending me a new fabric. Other than that, it's quite difficult to close, but it's pretty.

Delivery was more than mediocre, I have rarely seen such an incompetent carrier, after 10 days I received my package, I was supposed to receive it 2 days after ordering. I am still satisfied with the swing.

My item arrived all scratched, I feel like it has already been used.

Stroller received in the wrong color. Another stroller ordered but arrived way too late... Result: two strollers purchased and the first one still not refunded.

Delivery quite long

The packaging of the swing's package arrived torn on one corner and edge, the contents were visible. This is not a packaging designed for transport as it has no reinforcements. One of the tubes of the swing that goes on the ground was slightly 'scratched' because it was at the level of the hole in the cardboard, but since it is a tube that is on the ground, it is not visible, so it's not a big deal. Since it is a gift for a newborn, I was a bit embarrassed, but everything is fine, so that's the main thing.

Disappointed with the delivery, it was supposed to be a home delivery but the package was dropped off at a relay point.

Too bad the hanging plush toys are pink and not blue as I had selected, otherwise received quickly and practical.

The product is very good, nothing to complain about. However, the delivery was a disaster. We scheduled a delivery date and time slot. I waited all day, nothing. The delivery person showed up the next day without an apology, the box very damaged. I find it a shame to work with such an incompetent delivery service...

Customer service not responsive and the colors of the swing leave something to be desired in the end.

Very nice stroller but received with a broken wheel, I contacted customer service immediately, they asked for a photo but I haven't received any feedback to date despite follow-up.
