I only give 3 stars because of the disastrous delivery by GLS. There were several days of delivery delay due to the lack of professionalism of the delivery person. In the end, my package was delivered on our trash bins outside our home. This is unacceptable considering we paid €8.90 for delivery fees. The ALPHA swing (violet color) that we received is perfect, it is an excellent quality/price ratio. It assembles very quickly and easily. It is even better than the swings of the same type from the brand 4Moms which are much more expensive and that babies tolerate poorly..... So I recommend this product but be careful with the delivery by GLS.

Not serious at all! I ordered a swing, 2 weeks after my order no news. I follow up to get an approximate date for delivery (the shipment is supposed to be made 8 days later! Of course, none of this is specified at the time of purchase). 10 days later still no news, I follow up AGAIN to understand what is happening and finally the swing is no longer in stock in all colors... and then no, finally there is gray left! Their customer service by phone is almost always closed. They are still responsive to emails. For the product, I am satisfied but the communication is zero! So I give the 2 stars only for the swing.

The baby seat is comfortable but not optimal in use. My baby in the lying position, facing backward, is not really lying down and thus had his head falling when he fell asleep. There is no instruction manual provided with the order. The belt to secure the baby is not easy to use, I don't know if it's me who couldn't manage it or the design, but the belt was too tight around my baby's thighs. Why is the belt attachment fixed? I can't really say that I am satisfied, I bought this product following a friend's recommendation who is satisfied, but after taking a 1400 km trip with the seat, it's not the best for my baby.
