I placed my order in May, received it in July. Out of stock, however, the product was still offered for sale on the site (for the treasury surely covid). Very disappointed with customer service and the service provided. We ordered on May 30, we knew and understood that delivery times might be extended due to Covid19, however we received the order yesterday, July 15, which is a month and a half wait. Not to mention the logistical error that indicated the package was delivered and would be returned when that was not the case. Finally, on the actual delivery day, the delivery person was ready to leave after 2 minutes of waiting. It's a bit disappointing after all this wait.

I’m still waiting for a response from customer service; the magic dodo was sewn upside down, head at the bottom and feet at the top. It’s frustrating because they are unreachable by phone, only by email, so it takes too long and it annoys me. I had been waiting for this order for over a month. What solution? Because honestly, being pregnant, I have no desire to run to the post office to return it. Hoping they find a solution quickly because we are going on vacation at the end of the month.
