Hello, I received the seat but there is a problem. I received a seat for 0 to 15 months, but I ordered a seat for 0 to 10 years, so I am not satisfied.

I am disappointed because the rocking mode does not work and it was one of the criteria that motivated my purchase. I exchanged with the service that responds very quickly, I hope to receive a new one that works to leave a new comment. The article itself is of good quality and conforms to our order. However, your carrier GLS is absolutely not serious and competent, which greatly discredits your brand. After (supposedly!) 3 attempts without being able to deliver the package to its recipient (who was indeed present), we had to go ourselves twice to the GLS depot in Gennevilliers and insist on retrieving our package, which no one there could find!! Ordered in gray and the plush toys are pink, so not great... the quality of the fabrics is not top notch.
I had asked a technical question before my purchase and I got a response quite quickly ==> OK The big downside remains the carrier GLS!!!! the cream of the creams... How can we still work with this carrier in 2020??? It is by far the most incompetent of all... So much so that generally I decided not to buy online if the transport was entrusted to GLS. The order went well, however I was totally disappointed with the delivery which I received five days after the scheduled date without any message or email to warn me even though the delivery fees were paid. I tried to contact the store but it is only open 2 or 3 days a week with not very extended hours.
The swing I bought is really nice! Completely satisfied with the purchase. The big downside was the delivery, I had no information during the delivery, the appointment was made on Friday, the delivery person never came. This morning I received an email for delivery during the day. The delivery person didn't even ring the bell and left the package over the gate, luckily the swing wasn't damaged...

The seat is a bit basic: To turn it 360 degrees, there are simply 2 springs without any cover. The biggest issue seems to be the depth of the seat: my 14-month-old son should have a booster in the seat since his bottom is lower than his knees, but there is only a newborn booster provided for babies up to 61cm. The sunshade does not hold and there are no instructions on how to fix it. For a bigger child, it might be suitable, but the seat is very bulky and ultimately not very comfortable for a 14-month-old baby, so I am a bit disappointed.
