Surely due to the delivery provider but the box arrived torn and open, the material could have come out. The quality of the box is not robust enough apparently. Simple site to use, however the delivery is terrible! I did not receive my package because it was dropped off at a different pickup point than the one I selected, plus I paid 13 euros for delivery within 48/72 hours and I still do not have my package more than 2 weeks after the order.
