I did not receive the right color

Good product but hard to reach someone on the phone following a problem with the order. Ordered a gray swing received in pink. Fortunately, delivery remains fast.

Happy at first until my product arrived already "dirty" then retraction on a product promise in refund in the following days and in the end soon three weeks and still nothing.

The site is not up to the quality of the products sold.

The photos on the site are very small and impossible to enlarge with a smartphone. I did not receive an email from the site to inform me that my order had been processed. I had to wait until I reported where my order was to trigger the delivery.

I received the swing but not the pacifiers. I kindly ask you to take the necessary action. Best regards

Very satisfied with my order, small downside the delivery company.... real clumsy....

Incompetent for delivery. GLS to be banned. Package found by chance at a relay point while expected all morning at my parents' home. UNACCEPTABLE for the amount of the transaction and for the price we pay for shipping costs.

For a 2-month-old baby, I think he is still too small. He doesn't appreciate it, I think the reducer cushion is too warm and not narrow enough to feel the cocooning comfort, after 5 minutes he starts to cry, even the swing system that triggers by itself doesn't change anything, I had to go back to the old swing.

Very disappointed with the quality, the swinging mechanism whistles continuously and the support of the arch does not hold, the screw thread is exposed without access to the head. Too bad because the delivery was very fast. And the functions of the swing are complete (swinging, mp3 music that can be connected, cradle position)

Product conforms to the photo. Easy to assemble and use, however, the swing speed seems excessive since set to minimum, I thought it was the maximum speed. Delivery times were not respected. The promo code valid in July was not accepted. I am disappointed.

2 months of waiting and the product meets my expectations. Lacks wheels so it's quite heavy to carry. Too bad given the price it could have been studied.

I haven't assembled the item yet but the condition of the package upon arrival leaves much to be desired, the package arrived in a damaged cardboard box, full of dents and tears, fortunately the item was not damaged.

With my smartphone, when creating my account, the indicated email address was systematically refused, I had to order from my computer. To remove items from the cart, I had to try several times and I ordered the wrong item with the wrong color, I realized this when looking at my invoice the day after.

Received my package today. After unpacking it, I am quite satisfied. But there were small problems when I wanted to test it: I cannot raise the cradle to the maximum position. The mechanism gets stuck at the second notch. Another negative point, I cannot fold the legs. Despite the instructions and several attempts, nothing happened. So it's impossible for me to put it back in its packaging to wait for the arrival of the baby.

Ordered with a bit of apprehension but package received on time and product appreciated by everyone but not yet tried because the baby is not here yet, however the patterns on the package I received are different from those in the online image.

The site is great but the delivery was catastrophic ... I paid a huge amount for delivery with only one choice GLC ... paid for home delivery in Corsica ... and they left the package 25km from my home, I find it shameful that I pay for something and I don't get it. The site should consider changing the delivery service.

Very beautiful product and very practical. Just a small problem with the power cable that makes a noise when plugged in, and as soon as we turn it on, the noise amplifies.

Following this order of a deck chair that we gifted my husband, my children, and I to my little sister and her partner for the arrival of the baby. My sister is delighted, so overall happy.

On the baby2luxe side, the product is compliant and properly packaged, correct deadlines. But they need to hire a more serious delivery service.

Item received in good condition, but with a week's delay! Really too bad because we needed it for last weekend. The seat seems to be of good quality, must be installed today.

The delivery time is well respected even ahead of schedule. However, the item I received is not the color I ordered.

Downside for the delivery... GLS sends a lot of emails with incorrect dates and does not communicate the correct date...

I didn't like that the product was out of stock, apparently, because it was only sent 1 week after I placed my order. Everything else is good and delivered on the scheduled date.

Delivery longer than expected... item conforms to the description. Super quality, I am satisfied, we'll see with time.

The product seems to be of decent quality for the price, however the delivery with their provider GLS leaves much to be desired, they offer to choose a delivery date that was not honored in my case. When you take a day off just for that, it's very disappointing. With Bébé2luxe who completely distances themselves from the situation without even being sorry, let alone offering a commercial gesture for the delivery.

Navigation on the site was good, the order went well but I received the car seat in black when I had ordered it in gray. I have to keep it but I'm very disappointed.
