No problem with the delivery, however I received a product that does not work and I called for a refund but got no response. Very disappointed..

Make sure to check delivery times before ordering. The customer service responds very quickly and the deck chair is as described. This deck chair has really saved me, now the baby doesn't need to be constantly carried. However, I don't know how long it will last, I already start to hear a noise every time I activate it.
