Following the receipt of my package, I have an issue with the product. I contacted by phone but received no response as it is vacation time. I sent an email and was supposed to get a reply within 48 hours. It's been a week and still nothing. Eventually, my handy partner disassembled the product and fixed the problem, although it is still not optimal. Too bad, customer service is non-existent.

Navigating the site is very simple, we ordered a car seat and a high chair that also works as a swing, we received them in just under a week, we were pleasantly surprised and even more so by the quality, really very good quality/price, nothing to complain about. Also, the assembly instructions for the high chair are really good, very detailed, just follow the steps, really nothing complicated even if you're not handy at all. For a first experience, I am really satisfied in every way, now we just have to wait for our baby to try it out haha ...
