Navigation on the site is quite easy- customer service is very pleasant and helpful - the only downside regarding this service, although you can have contact by email and the response is quick, the opening hours for phone calls are too limited. I want to provide information that may be useful to other customers. I had a lot of difficulty finding a carrier for the return of my package - size problem (as it exceeds 150 cm when summing the 3 sides) and the price for me was around 50 euros (for an item paid 85, I found that inappropriate and very annoying) - this situation caused me a lot of stress, wasted time, and annoyance. Not serious at all! I ordered a swing, 2 weeks after my order no news. I follow up to get an approximate date for delivery (the shipment is supposed to be made 8 days later! Of course, none of this is specified at the time of purchase). 10 days later still no news, I follow up AGAIN to understand what is happening and finally the swing is no longer in stock in all colors... and then no, finally there is gray left! Their customer service by phone is almost always closed. They are still responsive to emails. For the product, I am satisfied but the communication is zero! So I give the 2 stars only for the swing.

Swing received today. I ordered 2 Louna, one gray and one pink for my twins, and I only received one, the gray one. My husband and I unpacked it to see if everything was okay, but the A and B buttons are super hard, I couldn't manage to tilt it or close it afterwards, it gets stuck at the height levels, there are only 2 heights whereas it is indicated 5 heights in the booklet. We haven't tested the batteries and the power cable because just these 2 malfunctions disappointed us, impossible for me as a mom to tilt it, I see this defect a lot in the reviews. And by the way, I am waiting for news about my second swing that I paid for... a return will be made for the gray one.

Following the receipt of my package, I have an issue with the product. I contacted by phone but received no response as it is vacation time. I sent an email and was supposed to get a reply within 48 hours. It's been a week and still nothing. Eventually, my handy partner disassembled the product and fixed the problem, although it is still not optimal. Too bad, customer service is non-existent.
