Satisfactory product. Compliant with the description. However, two small downsides. First, the button under the seat that needs to be pushed to the right for the cradle to move and swing would disengage by itself and return to the left in a fixed position, and the swinging would stop. We reported this to customer service, who quickly sent us a video explaining how to lock the button in the swinging position. And it worked. But in the provided manual, the explanation is not clear. Then a small downside regarding folding, it's quite hard. Otherwise, the cradle is beautiful and seems to be of good quality. Satisfactory overall.

Reliable site. The car seat is of very good quality, very comfortable and even more than some brands sold at exorbitant prices in stores. Order placed on the 12th and received on the 15th, so no delay.

Order placed on Friday, sent the same day, received Monday noon! Car seat compliant with the description, very well packaged and dropped off in front of my door by the GLS delivery person (after agreement by phone as I was absent). Quite heavy seat (15kg), robust and secure during installation, not yet tested (baby expected in a few weeks) but the reclining position (facing away from the road) seems very good and the rotation/inclination function works smoothly and efficiently. In short, I recommend this product for its excellent quality/price ratio as well as baby2luxe and its delivery service, everything is perfect!

Very beautiful cradle. Just the delivery was a bit long contrary to the comments I read and the delivery date that was communicated to me. I ordered it on April 4 and received it on April 13.

The ordered item is very good but still lacks some elements for the quite expensive price. Wheels and brakes to easily move the item and stabilize it securely. An accessory allowing to use the "nomadic" rocking function so that you can leave the base at home but use the rocker for travels.
