I strongly advise against this site!! Impossible to reach them or at the expense of our wallet... 20 euros extra to try to find out where my car seat is, forced to run to 4 corners of the city to 2 pickup points, all that to finally pick it up at the warehouse... The box was open, fortunately everything was up to standard. It took me 3 weeks after the expected receipt date to find my package. I tried to contact them via the site, Facebook, and by phone, it's a shame and no commercial gesture! Never order from them!!!

We ordered a car seat on this site. Payment was made by bank transfer. We transferred the money quite quickly after our bank registered the bank details. No email, nothing. A week later, the status of our order was 'waiting for transfer'. First email, we were confirmed that our package would be shipped within 3 days... 1 week and 3 days later, no package. Still 'waiting for transfer'. Second email and quite a comical response: 'we will check tomorrow if we have received your transfer'... Third email (from us of course), 2 days later, they realized that our transfer had been made but there was no more stock... We will have to wait another good month! In short... We finally have our car seat!! We had planned ahead, the baby won't arrive for another month. But not serious at all! And on top of that, liars!
