A bit disappointed because it's not easy to handle; when I installed it, I moved it and it broke (not much) but you can't really position it as you want, which is a shame.

The cradle is very cute but the delivery time is too long.

Fast reception, swing conforms, except that the arch with the three plush toys does not hold when the swinging is in motion. It shifts to 90 degrees, out of reach of the child.. Too bad. But otherwise the other mentioned criteria are respected.

Well-made site, but disappointing delivery. Package received with a 1-week delay, even though I received several emails saying it would arrive on different dates. We waited several days in a row to finally receive it in front of the gate without being notified.

With the issues of COVID-19, there was a wait, but when we contacted to find out where the order was, we were well informed by phone.

The swing is great. However, the delivery by GLS is to be avoided! Several delivery delays, three days of leave taken to wait for nothing and thus money lost. A bit mediocre, especially when you have been waiting for a month after payment because the product was only in stock late.

Hello, I hesitate to return my purchase, the bouncer is beautiful but I find that it doesn't rock much and goes from side to side, for the base price I expected something else. You have to set it to speed 5 for it to rock and it's not soothing, I find.

The site does not seem serious enough. I assembled the crib but I have concerns about the comfort because the small mattress is cut since it transforms into a seat, I am afraid my baby will be poorly positioned for sleeping. Product ordered in duplicate because of twins, received after a month despite the lockdown. However, a few problems: neither of them works with batteries and one is missing a screw to attach the canopy. It is also regrettable that the mattresses are too thin for nights with no possibility of removing the harness for the comfort of the babies in cradle mode. For future versions, wheels would be a plus.

Order received quickly. Superb design, the only downside is that the swing hardly swings at all, really disappointed by this point.

I have already made several purchases on this site but for the first time I am disappointed with the cradle purchased from bebe2luxe. I find that adjusting the height of the cradle is very difficult. The mattress does not come out to put on a cover and this is not specified in the product description. I do not recommend this product.

Swing ordered on January 6, received on February 17 despite the delay, the staff responds quickly and correctly to our questions, very nice staff. Even though the hood of my swing was mounted upside down, they sent me another one. I recommend.

The search for what I wanted on the site was quick. The prices are reasonable. However, there could be an improvement regarding the delivery. Although it was made on time, the package arrived very damaged. And it's with a bit of anxiety that we open the package. Phew, the product is not damaged. But the transport could be a bit more delicate. I don't think the package leaves in bad condition. (At least I hope).

It's a good high chair, nice, easy to assemble but I am still disappointed because the description states that the adapter is included, and given the price I find that a shame.
