BIG PROBLEM WITH GLS DELIVERY. I ordered a high chair from Bebe2Luxe. The product is of good quality but many problems occurred with the GLS delivery service. I had to place another order (with a quick refund from Bebe2Luxe) and receive the product after 1.5 months and multiple emails and calls. To retrieve the package, I drove 25 minutes because the package was supposedly large (thus a specific relay point). In the end, it was dropped off at the pizzeria next door (package ripped open).

Order received within the indicated time in very good condition. However, for the delivery, we chose a relay point with lockers, the package could not fit there because it was too large. It was dropped off at another relay point without telling us which one and without informing us. On the site, it was just indicated that the package had been delivered to the relay point.
