The site was very responsive to my request, product compliant.

Second purchase on the site after a 0/3 years seat, we are now moving to the higher seat. The seat is impeccable to the point of having taken this time for our two vehicles (the first order was only for a supplementary seat) delivery in barely 24h! Only downside, no explanation for removing the plastic parts placed on the isofix connectors. A little tip that still took me 15 minutes, take a flat screwdriver, engage the lever by hand and pass the screwdriver under the 'button' which is actually just a small piece of plastic attached to the isofix connector. You should put something to complete the information.
