The site could not find my pickup point even though it was clearly indicated during my order.
The car seat looks great, baby is happy but the delivery really needs to be reviewed, the delivery person gave the package to a neighbor while I was present, if I had a dishonest neighbor to whom I claim the order not received plus all the problems that go with it?
I waited for the delivery all morning on 28/11, only to find the package left behind my wall, I find this a bit light as it could have been stolen or I could have told you that I hadn't received it, I saw no one and nothing signed.
Problem with the delivery location registration and delivery. The GLS Transporter does not seem to master the traceability of customer data, hence the delivery delay.
In fact, this rating is due to the lack of seriousness of the carrier GLS. Not rigorous, not precise as if they had nothing else to do but take days off. First notification for November 26, canceled the same day for the next day. Except that no one showed up on November 27. Delivery on the 28th without warning. It's light. Bebe2Luxe should find other partners for deliveries. By the way, this company that claims to be the 3rd in Europe had already given me a hard time for another site.
Only 3 stars because review reserved waiting for customer service response. Item received with a manufacturing defect that does not allow one of the legs to fit properly into the structure, which does not guarantee stability and therefore the safety of the baby. Response from Bebe2luxe: disassemble the part and scrape off the excess plastic that hinders assembly. A bit strange as a response! I refused because manipulation was not planned during assembly but is related to a manufacturing defect, thus the responsibility of customer service. Response from customer service pending. Disappointed, I ordered a new car seat and received a product that had already been used with the packaging inside torn. No phone number to contact customer service, so we sent an email and are waiting for a response. No responsiveness, we sent the email yesterday and still no reply.

I am not disappointed with the product but the delivery posed a real problem because you did not provide the complete address to the carrier. As a result, the delivery took 3 days.

Site that offers good products at interesting prices but a real hassle to get delivered. I was offered a pickup point only to be told it was untraceable and it was up to me to find the information about the pickup point in question! I am not satisfied with how the delivery of my package went and I am also a bit disappointed with the product, a car seat that is supposed to have 3 reclining positions, including one for sleeping, and in the end, there are indeed three positions but they hardly recline at all. I do not recommend this site.

Fast delivery, but disastrous administration: I received a validation notice for my order, then a cancellation notice, then another validation notice before receiving a new cancellation notice. I finally got my order on time, but I received exactly 53 emails in 72h informing me that my package was available at the relay agency, while it had already been picked up!

The packaging box arrived very damaged. We did not open it because it is for gifts. But the box needs to be glued back together in all directions, let's hope the inside is in good condition.
The delivery person delivered on the promised day but left the package in front of the door! without our signature and of course without control, this is not very professional, otherwise the rating would have been better! Thank you.
There is not much choice, which is a pity
The delivery time for our order was far too long. Difficulties encountered in contacting customer service: email sent remained unanswered, phone calls in vain (voicemail full), no possibility to reach the carrier without a delivery reference and a phone call without response. However, a package was delivered on July 24 (order on the 1st). The item is in good condition and satisfies us.
Happy with the product, but not with the delivery. I paid 16 euros to have to go pick it up at the depot.
