The article itself is of good quality and conforms to our order. However, your carrier GLS is absolutely not serious and competent, which greatly discredits your brand. After (supposedly!) 3 attempts without being able to deliver the package to its recipient (who was indeed present), we had to go ourselves twice to the GLS depot in Gennevilliers and insist on retrieving our package, which no one there could find!!
