Quality duvet. However, the shipping box arrived with one side torn. There could have been tears in the duvet. A sturdier box should be used and the duvet should be wrapped in plastic protection in addition to the bag.

Very beautiful duvet. Note regarding the package that arrived with a punctured box on one side. A thicker and more resistant box should be used. There is a risk of tearing the duvet.
Great, but ordering from Switzerland is unfortunately complicated. Your employee on the phone was very friendly, luckily, after I finally reached him.
Order shipped quickly, very good quality products.
2nd order after 6 months of using the first ones, still pleasant to wear and holds up well after many washes.

For the price, the socks are unbeatable.
One of the ordered socks was damaged during the very tight packaging (plastic needle) when opening. I reported this immediately to customer service. That was at the beginning of May! The quality of the socks is great and I would have liked to place a reorder. But with such customer service, this was the first and last time.
The ordered socks are of excellent quality and very well made, however, they are not as warming as expected. I would buy the product again at any time.

On their website they write the delivery to switzerland is between 3-5 days, after 7 days the package was still not there. what a disappointment for a birthday. never again for me.

The product is beautiful, but I ordered this one for Valentine's Day with the €3 gift wrapping option. However, the product arrived today with a 2-week delay and, on top of that, WITHOUT gift wrapping!! I demand a refund for this option. Carmelo Zaccone BCO10809 from 9/2/2025.
