The product is beautiful, but I ordered this one for Valentine's Day with the €3 gift wrapping option. However, the product arrived today with a 2-week delay and, on top of that, WITHOUT gift wrapping!! I demand a refund for this option. Carmelo Zaccone BCO10809 from 9/2/2025.
Very nice product, but slightly irritating fiber on the neck.

I received my order with a size error on one of the two pairs of socks purchased. After checking, the error was not mine. I emailed to ask for an exchange, but I still haven't received a reply. In my opinion, not replying to customers shows a lack of respect. Despite the quality of your products, this experience makes me want to go elsewhere.

Last year I bought some very soft and warm alpaca gloves. This year I renewed my purchase but I received gloves that were not soft and much less warm. I'm very disappointed.
The socks are wonderfully soft and cozy and warm! They hug the foot beautifully and are not too thick.

Not so warm
Garment was too small. Although a refund was given, this is not possible. Nobody responds to emails. Telephone numbers cannot be reached. Typical Chinese fake company.
Comfortable socks but not warm enough for me as I suffer from Reynaud's syndrome
