Attention: After my return, the refund was not made. No response to my messages. Paypal conflict resolution then refunded the amount in the end. Definitely not a recommendation!
As much as I'm delighted with the socks and slippers (soft and warm, as advertised) I bought, I have to say that I had a hard time finding what I wanted, as the site is really unclear. It's impossible to make the connection between the general description of the different product qualities according to their composition (at the beginning) and the products themselves. The site's lack of ergonomics doesn't make me want to repeat the experience. Delivery is on time. The products are carefully packaged.

Shipping took a full 11 days for delivery. The gift wrapping was plain paper but not wrapping paper.
Very nice quality gloves, warm and elegant. The reversible aspect is very nice, allowing you to match the color with the outfit. However, the mention of guaranteed delivery before Christmas, which encouraged me to order from this site, was misleading, as the parcel arrived after Christmas. A shame. Pleasant customer service.
