My order was processed quickly and I received information at every stage. The 'Poncho' is superb, you can tell the quality just by looking at it, without having touched it yet. The material is beautiful and soft, and it feels like an exceptional product. A small sachet of 'homemade' lavender accompanied my item, along with a voucher for future purchases (clever!). I recommend Maison BellePaga, and I also appreciate the website and all the explanations about production.
