I'm happy with the product but disappointed with the gift wrapping I paid for, which arrived damaged despite being in an envelope.
The cuddly toys are super soft and too cute.
Shipping super fast and uncomplicated, so far I haven't given it away yet, so I can't say anything about the quality yet but the gift packaging wasn't particularly nice and unfortunately creased due to shipping in the envelope

The envelope containing the scarf was slightly damaged
This is the third time I've bought BellePaga men's scarves as a gift, because I'm absolutely delighted with their quality. They are indeed very warm and soft and do not pilling. However, for this latest shipment, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of care taken with the packaging. It's an item of this quality, expensive to buy, which I don't dispute. It was folded in tissue paper, then simply placed in a kraft pouch, with no protection other than a plastic sleeve to protect the item from the rain. Wet kraft stains. A little disappointed, even though the scarf arrived in good condition.
