Shipping management: impeccable, everything is sent very quickly The product itself: wool socks. This is my second purchase. I really like them. They're soft, thin and warm, so you can layer the fabrics if you're sensitive to the cold. And best of all, they're machine washable.

Very good material, super comfortable to wear. Unfortunately my feet are still freezing, which is probably more down to me.

I'm waiting for the return label because I made a mistake with the size of the socks I ordered and I made a mistake with the delivery which was requested in a relay point and not by colissimo.

I have not received my order

I received the wrong color of socks. Have not received a reply to my mail yet. Would like to return the socks!!!

The delivery time was as expected and the order was well received and delivered by the letter carrier.

My package has been delivered, however I immediately contacted the customer service to ask for a return as I ordered by mistake the wrong size (12 days ago), and received no reply.

It said dress shoes, so they were short...but they came up to my knees. What's more, they're always coming down... not great with a suit. I'm 1.83m tall and wear a size 45. Otherwise, they're fine, soft material. To be seen in the wash (delicate).

The product was not the size indicated on the site. I contacted Bellepaga via their contact page but got no response.
