There is no obvious way to cancel the purchase. I want to return a sweater. But no one responds to a message.

The company is fine, but the product is a bit different from the photo.

One of the ordered socks was damaged during the very tight packaging (plastic needle) when opening. I reported this immediately to customer service. That was at the beginning of May! The quality of the socks is great and I would have liked to place a reorder. But with such customer service, this was the first and last time.

On their website they write the delivery to switzerland is between 3-5 days, after 7 days the package was still not there. what a disappointment for a birthday. never again for me.

I received my order with a size error on one of the two pairs of socks purchased. After checking, the error was not mine. I emailed to ask for an exchange, but I still haven't received a reply. In my opinion, not replying to customers shows a lack of respect. Despite the quality of your products, this experience makes me want to go elsewhere.

Garment was too small. Although a refund was given, this is not possible. Nobody responds to emails. Telephone numbers cannot be reached. Typical Chinese fake company.

Very poor quality. The socks have no warming effect at all, never again. Cannot be recommended.

I was thinking of buying pure alpaca socks on your site to renew a night pair, but I read it wrong, so I ended up with 3 pairs that were too expensive and unusable for what I wanted. You sell alpaca blended wool clothing, which is not the same as specialized alpaca.

The product was not the size indicated on the site. I contacted Bellepaga via their contact page but got no response.

The color is not white, but beige and I can not wear it with a dress for a wedding, color does not "match", disappointed because on your site it is well white.

J ai commandé des chaussettes. Elles m ont été livrées avec la mauvaise pointure. Je les ai renvoyées et on a refusé de me rembourser car soit disant l article était chiffonné...on parle de chaussettes jamais portées...j ai finalement reçu un avoir que j ai utilisé pour racheté le produit à la bonne taille mais j ai dû repayer les frais de livraison qui ne m ont jamais été remboursés. Je viens de récupéré le produit. Pas encore essayé mais peu importe je ne recommanderai plus

Had to ask multiple times for my order to be delivered. Finally that t I had 4 times phone contact where commitment was made to deliver my order in full I got the socks I ordered after 4 weeks.

Socks do not keep warm and were broken in a short time. Hat and gloves are not suitable for sub-zero temperatures!

On my 2-fold request regarding return was not responded.

Goods OK, disastrous service, no response to mail, phone or via PayPal. Would therefore order nothing more.

Always cold feet with these socks.
