Perfect, nothing to report

Navigating the Be-Wak.fr site was easy and met my expectations. The delivery time was respected and the carrier was serious and courteous. The packaging of the two products (Asgard 19.6 tent and ground mat) was perfectly effective.

Phone reception attentive to the customer. Passionate people! After my order at a sale price; I had to wait a few days... there was a stock problem. I am very satisfied because they managed to follow up with their suppliers so that I could be delivered. Once they received my order, I was delivered the next day.

Purchase of a pair of TSL carbon trail poles, unbeatable price, delivery and receipt ahead of schedule, extraordinary customer service to address my glove size issue. I was disappointed with the transport bag for the poles which was not as shown in the photo: 15 days later I received a new bag and a new pair of gloves at no extra cost! Perfect service and faster than announced. However, it is ridiculous to send 9 emails when the objective information they contain could be put into one, for the greater benefit of the planet. Similarly, asking for 3 authentication numbers does not add anything more than the first in terms of security. If you want to let me know that you will not objectively take this feedback into account and that it only serves to boost your image with your superior, you just need to not acknowledge receipt of it.
