I am moderately satisfied. After extending the mattress, letting it inflate and then inflating it additionally with my mouth, I waited five days. One half of the mattress is fine and the other half has not absorbed several grooves in width. For comfort, we will try later.
The problem is not the Bewak purchase but the horrible GLS delivery in 5 days for 150km: parcel supposed to be dropped at a relay not chosen 1.5km from the other, Mondial Relay relay swears it doesn't have my parcel, even with the Mondial parcel code, which means 2 round trips. Bewak complaint without effect. 2 additional round trips to have to install a Mondial Relay app and obtain the withdrawal code never communicated. Total 5 days 6km on foot, 2 complaints and the bad mood of the relay. No thanks.
First order with Bewaak. Delivery quite long, and little communication. Too bad because they had interesting products

Quality products, but at a higher price than the competition. Shipping costs a bit high. One should take advantage of a good promotion!

Response times to questions are rather slow and I had to call 3 times in 3 weeks to get an answer. Always very polite and nice on the phone....

The product is of poor quality.
The delivery went well, even though the place where I picked up the product was not the one I indicated during the purchase. Regarding the trekking poles: they are very good but I have a small issue with one of the poles that does not lock on one of the sections. I need to put a piece of thin tape so it doesn't come off during my outings.
The sleeping bag is good but I had to wait more than a month

Fast delivery to a pickup point. Unfortunately, I cannot pick up my package (store closed). I contacted my seller site which has not reacted to this day. So very disappointed with the service
I ordered a tent on 08/06, it was finally delivered 19 days later. The delays are long compared to what was initially planned. A little email to indicate that there was a delay in delivery would have been appreciated...

The hammock is of good quality. However, I chose to pay for delivery to receive the package in 24 or 48 hours, as mentioned, but I only received it several days later. If I had chosen free delivery, I think I would have received it in the same timeframe; I feel like I was tricked by paying for delivery.

Announced on the site that delivery is 24 to 48 hours, in reality 17 days, and I only received feedback after calling after 8 days without news.
Bewak itself does a good job but they choose such a bad carrier (GLS) that it's better not to have anything delivered. They lost our package, then couldn't deliver it because a phone number was missing, then they didn't come and dropped the 15kg package at a relay point 2km away... walking there is heavy!
The order was handled quickly but there was a problem with the delivery that was postponed twice and then refused by the parcel pickup point which was on the list of available pickup points! No explanation for this refusal to take the package despite my request. I had to go pick up the very large package at another pickup point. I had to insist a bit with the bewak support to get a response about the status of my package. The package arrived in good condition but it was a bit complicated for me to receive it.
I received my package quickly and it was as described, however I was not notified of its arrival which was supposed to be in a locker, I found out by tracking the package on the carrier's site. Additionally, the package being wrapped in a box that was too large, it did not fit in the locker compartments and was left outside, in front of a store, without the store staff being informed. It was a customer who found it outside and brought it to the store who informed me. Without that, the package could have been stolen…
Not bad but a bit too mixed up
The delivery time was significantly delayed. No communication with customer service, which we had to chase multiple times. Too bad!
