Perfect service and faster than announced. However, it is ridiculous to send 9 emails when the objective information they contain could be put into one, for the greater benefit of the planet. Similarly, asking for 3 authentication numbers does not add anything more than the first in terms of security. If you want to let me know that you will not objectively take this feedback into account and that it only serves to boost your image with your superior, you just need to not acknowledge receipt of it.

I received my package quickly and it was as described, however I was not notified of its arrival which was supposed to be in a locker, I found out by tracking the package on the carrier's site. Additionally, the package being wrapped in a box that was too large, it did not fit in the locker compartments and was left outside, in front of a store, without the store staff being informed. It was a customer who found it outside and brought it to the store who informed me. Without that, the package could have been stolen…
