Regarding shipping costs, they are indeed free from 150€ with GLS only, but there is an additional cost for Corsica which was calculated after registering your address. There is no additional cost with Mondial Relay for Corsica. We take note of your comment to try to improve the display for deliveries to Corsica or mountainous areas.

Professional and impeccable phone support. However, you should review your agreements with the GLS delivery person: he did not drop off my package at the relay point I requested on Friday (close to my home) but at a relay point 10 km away on Monday. That was not my choice.

The delivery went well, even though the place where I picked up the product was not the one I indicated during the purchase. Regarding the trekking poles: they are very good but I have a small issue with one of the poles that does not lock on one of the sections. I need to put a piece of thin tape so it doesn't come off during my outings.
