you don't mention that it will take a month to arrived and you don't even give any knews about the order

Dear Jean, Nous sommes désolés du manque de communication. En effet, les choses restent compliquées côte approvisionnement et votre commande a eu deux semaines de retard pour arriver de chez SPES. Once elivered it was all good, but customer service was bad and even arrogant at times, coupled qith delivery times about 1 month longer than advertised
