This is not the first time I order from you, the order is easy to make, and especially the delivery times and exchanges have generally been efficient. I have no opinion on the products, I haven't tried them yet in situation.

Overall, I am satisfied with the product and the responsiveness of the team while they manufactured and shipped the products. I rated this 4 stars rather than 5 because the production time was about 4-6 weeks, but I am overall OK with that because Black Armoury managed my expectations along the way. They were honest about the delivery time and responded quickly to my email inquiry, sent around 4 weeks after the purchase. I would recommend this company and I would by from them again.

It would be necessary to inform about the number of packages sent.

The ordering process was very straight forward and easy to understand. The quality of the product is very good and it certainly meets the expectations regarding its function. Sadly the problems detailed below lower the aesthetics of the product overall a bit.

At the time I placed the order I didn't realize that the helmet was backordered. And I don't think that it was all that obvious on the site that it was backordered. So the resulting wait was not nice. But if I had ordered it from a US distributer I would have only gotten it a week or two earlier. And at the time the exchange rate was very good for me so it was a good deal. Communication was also a bit of a problem, but I understand that they were going through a staff shakeup, or some such. So OK. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not a 5.

2 people on customer service : the manager was very good, but the employee was not very professionnal, though sympathetic. Delivery seems to have been triggered because I phoned them. However good experience and good service overall. Would buy again if needed.

Sells products they don’t have and can’t supply. Very slow communication. Slow to refund for the items they don’t have.

When I bought products, they were waiting for restock. First, I asked when they would be able to get the products. They named the date, and I did a purchase according to it. Naturally I was expecting a delay, so I mailed them, but they didn't answer. I did think it was due to their holiday, so I waited but they still ignored me afterwards. I sent a message to their Instagram account about unanswered mails, but they kept saying that they are not answering about order issues via Instagram direct message. I tried to explain that I didn't write about the order, that instead I was writing about unanswered mails but they started to answer with templates. After months they answered, and they apologized about the inconvenience and added that they’ve just hired a new employee. Finally, they sent my order BUT products that arrived to me were defective. I tried to stab on a gambeson to see the rigidity and flexibility of one of the partisans. The very first partisan I have tried instantaneously snapped with a sound of broken branch. Now I am afraid to try other ones in the same way and I am pretty sure that they will snap with any thrust. Each piece has certain waves and veins on it creating weak spots. Also, rigidity of each piece is different, one of them is almost floppy like a synthetic longsword, I don’t have confidence to try but it looks like it can easily withstand a 90+ degrees bending, the other feels like Arcem Syntactic Halberd that a friend of mine has, most rigid one is one that snapped, bent was barely 20-degree angle. That is enough to be broken even during slow work if your partner takes a step forward. The plastic of the broken pieces is not homogeneous and there is clearly a piece of white/translucent plastic inside of it. I sent them another email for possible solutions and again they ignored the issue with their new employee. They didn't even say that they can't offer a solution.

Good adaptability to change our orders in function of what they have, gear is quite good, might wish for two things: indications of which piece is compatible with wich, and maybe keep a bit more stock

Good products at a competitive price. The order took a bit of time to be completed, but given the supply difficulties, it was expected.

Dear friends! Unfortunately, I made a big mistake. I didn't read other customer reviews before placing my order. I was deceived by the beautiful and user-friendly site, as well as the interesting and large selection of products. The concept of good and quality service for this store is completely absent! The seller does not get in touch with his client! This was the case when ordering my product (the status did not change for several weeks after payment) and I was not given any comments and answers to my requests. And the exact same situation when I encountered a low-quality product. The seller is just in eternal silence mode.... My advice - think very carefully before contacting this store!!! And if you decide to buy something from them, be prepared that you will be completely ignored!

It was fine, however, teher was a bit delay between the order and the start of shipping. There was few informations about the blackarmoury processing time. However, the shipping and processing was fine.

They're a good provider of HEMA gear, be it protections or weapons simulators, with a rather large choice for more than just longsword. What their customer support lacks in response time (which can absolutely be forgiven in current pandemic era) they absolutely make up for in their care to satisfy customers. Haven't hesitated to order again, and recommend them to my club mates.

I was kept up to date nicely on my order progress as there was a bit of delay in the goods arriving. Response time was swift. Very satisfied with the products.

Althoug i chose for bank transfer the payment went verry swiftly. And they have a track & trace option for non registered clients. It took a bit before the real transport started but i received my package overall in good time.

Good and very friendly contact & service, only shipping and respective support was a little delayed.

Everything is fine, but the ’guest tracking’ function didnt work at the time for my order.

I really like the concept of leather sandwiched between two plastic plates; it absorbs shocks better on both the long and short edges. The price is also very reasonable. My one issue is the grip and guard both need an extra rivet as the plastic is not fully adhered to the leather. It appears they've compensated for this with black duct tape on the guard, but that doesn't look or feel like a particularly solid solution. There are also some sharp edges on the plastic around the handle. Overall, it's a good idea and a decent product that requires a bit of refinement.

Excellent customer service. Clean and fast delivery. Restocking a bit slow for some items.
