Was quite slow to respond to my customer inquiry (almost a month). Very friendly contact though once they responded - clearly the whole world is struggling with supply issues right now so I understand. I have only ordered protective clothing so far and would generally recommend the store.

They are always very friendly when they respond, which is practically never. Expect to not get a reply for months and to have to call them multiple times before they pick up.

Excellent and accessible service, they accidentally wrote a product was in stock when it wasn't and went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer to get it delivered to me in a timely fashion. Would buy there again :)

It is extraordinarly light for a weapon of it's width, balanced towards the hardware (which is a feature I personally prefer in weapons, as I feel I can control the blade better,that's just me though :p) it's very quick in the hands, yet it feels hefty, in a satisfactory way. Probably one of the quickest weapons I have ever handled. Short as the historical examples are, though that's one of the reasons why I like the type 14s. Very much a "get in your face" kinda weapon which suits me just fine.
