Very satisfied with the material and quality of the ARCEM jacket, but a big negative point on the delivery times (we'll put that down to the current global context) and especially on the lack of communication. Indeed, despite significantly exceeded deadlines, we are not kept informed of the progress of the jacket's production. When it's the first one and you're waiting for it to practice in better conditions, it's unfortunate. I would certainly try the experience again for a custom ARCEM 800N hoping it goes better now that I have what I need to practice. Good continuation.

Hello and thank you for your evaluation. The delays were indeed very long in 2023 and we apologize for that. The production of ARCEM jackets is now well established and stable. We are also aware that communication over the past year has been less than ideal and we are working to implement the necessary systems to better communicate regarding orders.
