I paid for express shipping which took three days, as a result the little one did not have a belt for the grading ceremony. The belt is still in the packaging, I don't even know what it looks like, anyway if you order do it at least a week in advance.

To clarify the situation: Your order placed on 11/12 at 20:44 was processed and shipped the next day, 12/12 at 11:00, via Chronopost, respecting the deadlines of an express shipment. However, after checking the tracking, it seems that a delay was caused by Chronopost on 17/12, which indicates routing to another pickup point, which does not correspond to the deadlines of an express delivery. I want to assure you that, on my part, all steps were taken quickly, even during this busy holiday period. That said, I understand your dissatisfaction and I want to take my share of responsibility. I therefore invite you to make a return request for the belt, and I will proceed with the refund without any problem. Thank you for your understanding and trust, despite this incident.
