As usual, my order was delivered quickly, and it's the only company I know that puts so much thought into its packaging! All the new cardboard boxes fit together like a jigsaw puzzle, impeccably, avoiding any possible shifting of the goods - it's really perfect! Even if it's not 100% protection against shocks, my rather heavy crate (approx 26kg) had to be put down very roughly, (or another too heavy parcel put down roughly on top of it) because a rigid plastic box (fudge caramels) had really exploded, and a few caramels had come out of the box. I was able to recover the previous box of caramels and everything was back in order. Thanks to you.
