We have enough quantity to choose a normal box and when we sell damaged boxes, it's with big discounts and with the mention "déclassé". If the box has arrived damaged, it's because despite our efforts to pack our parcels well, our protection was not sufficient to withstand the sometimes "violent" conditions of transport. We're sorry if the delivery goes badly for you. In 99% of cases, they go smoothly and our customers are satisfied. But all it takes for you to be penalized is for the delivery driver (who is a subcontractor) in your area not to work properly. As you advise, we could change again (we've already tried) but we've found that no carrier, even the most expensive, gives 100% satisfaction in all sectors.
