We do our utmost to protect our "fragile" products, but parcel shipping conditions are sometimes harsh and some parcels, despite everything, are damaged. But in these cases, we always try to find a solution, and in your case, we can offer you 2 solutions: reimbursement of your damaged box, or reshipment of a new box.

Sorry for the minimum order constraint, but the explanation comes from the fact that the contribution to transport costs that you are asked to pay does not cover the actual costs.
