The jewel was delivered in a plastic bag, whereas Georgette jewels are normally delivered in a box. You could at least have put it in an "Élysées" bag.
I am a little disappointed the package was damaged the president's card was in poor condition and a soap the rest of the order was perfect I am also disappointed by customer service who did not respond to the email I sent
Shipment a little longer than advertised, but complete. A little gift-wrapping would be welcome at a festive time.
