Perfect packaging and business relationship. An oversight in processing my order causing a delay in shipping forces me to reduce my rating to 3 instead of 5. Next time surely.

Quality products (known for many years). Too much plastic for the packaging of the parcel! What is the point of wrapping each pack of fruit pastes in several layers of bubble wrap? It's not crystal!!!

Dear Madam,
We thank you for sharing this review.
Regarding the protection of the items, we have indeed regretted many inconveniences with products that reached our customers damaged or broken. The bags or boxes of fruit pastes arrived too often ripped open.
Perhaps we have sinned by excess.
Therefore, we will take your comment into account and reduce the protections of the parcels.
We are also considering replacing bubble wrap with starch.
We hope to have clarified our operation for you.
Fraternally yours.
