Satisfied with the packaging and shipping, less so with the product. I am used to creamy lavender honey with powerful aromas, but this year's harvest disappoints me: runny honey, much milder.
Translated reviews
Response from Boutique en ligne de l’Abbaye de Sénanque
Dear Sir,
Our honey is still very fresh, which explains why it is currently runny. It will naturally crystallize over the coming weeks and develop a creamier texture.
It will then fully reveal all its flavors and aromas.
Crystallization is a completely natural phenomenon and a sign of authentic, unprocessed honey.
With fraternal regards.
