When you pay the price, you expect a service in return. Item paid for in September received in May.... 8 months of waiting is a long time, let's admit that this can happen, as a craftsman I can understand but you shouldn't issue invoices that you are not sure you can honor. If I make a mistake with a client in my business, I apologize and make a commercial gesture, but well, apparently we don't all have the same integrity. Have a good day.

I am satisfied with the fast delivery but much less with the parts. The website clearly states the correct dimensions for my wheel cylinder but the product does not match... (The kit comes with cups and not with lip seals) I am very disappointed because this is an urgent need.

I placed 2 orders with brainstorming, the 1st for the rear brake caliper seals, satisfied with the parts and the reasonable delivery time, 2 weeks. The 2nd for the 2 front calipers, delay 4 weeks, I had sent a message to know the delivery intentions, basic response, in processing!!! After 4 weeks finally, on the 2 repair kits, 2 thin seals are larger than the caliper piston at 30mm which makes it impossible to install. I don't want to be unprofessional but when it's too big!!! I ordered another kit but on another site. I can't give a good rating when it's not good Sorry

I ordered brakes that took a month to arrive and when I installed them my truck wouldn't move due to a flange larger than the original, I am disappointed that they can't reproduce a part identically.

Good evening, my 2 orders have greatly exceeded the initial 72-hour deadline (the first one was apparently delivered more than 15 days later due to strikes, and the second one took about 3 weeks due to the carrier!). Moreover, the bleed screws of the rear calipers do not screw into their places because the threading is not the same. Otherwise, the package was well prepared and the phone reception was correct.

I ordered on January 31 and received it on March 9, it's long, the package was not properly wrapped and arrived all crushed, it's a hot glue pot with no usage information or its dangers, pot shiny metal color. To get information, I had to discuss the ins and outs with a salesperson, who tells me that this information is not communicable, a trade secret within Brakestore??? I find it amazing to have no information and precautions on the use of a chemical product that is sold!

Caliper purchased for almost 300€ from Brakestore. I had to go there because the delay was extremely long... on site I pointed out to the responsible seller that the model seems to be the wrong side, confident, he concluded that the caliper I had was mounted upside down and pushed me to buy. Ultimately, the truck does not brake and Brakestore refuses to exchange or any commercial steps... I had to pay for a caliper again and pay the garage for the exchange. Finally, the problem is resolved, the braking has returned as before, their references are therefore erroneous. I end up with an extra caliper at 300€ as a souvenir... I give 1 star for the availability of the parts.

Hello, the products I received do not match the original kits, for example: the dust covers of the calipers are different from the original parts and cannot be mounted in place. Second product: a master cylinder repair kit that only includes 4 seals when 5 are needed. Big disappointment, it's really regrettable because the site is quite well done.
