For 10 items in stock and 1 out of stock, you made me wait 1 business week, and I even called. You continued to wait calmly for the last item to be available to send everything. In such a case, it would be better to ask the customer's opinion: "do we send what we have" or "do we wait for everything to be available?"

I am satisfied with the fast delivery but much less with the parts. The website clearly states the correct dimensions for my wheel cylinder but the product does not match... (The kit comes with cups and not with lip seals) I am very disappointed because this is an urgent need.

I placed 2 orders with brainstorming, the 1st for the rear brake caliper seals, satisfied with the parts and the reasonable delivery time, 2 weeks. The 2nd for the 2 front calipers, delay 4 weeks, I had sent a message to know the delivery intentions, basic response, in processing!!! After 4 weeks finally, on the 2 repair kits, 2 thin seals are larger than the caliper piston at 30mm which makes it impossible to install. I don't want to be unprofessional but when it's too big!!! I ordered another kit but on another site. I can't give a good rating when it's not good Sorry

I had ordered a tube of ATF grease that arrived punctured because it was forced into a box too small to contain and protect it. I reported this issue and returned the tube, to receive another one, just as 'mistreated', but fortunately not punctured..... in the same box that was used for the first shipment... result, huge waste of time in my work.... is there a shortage of suitable boxes or simply an incompetent warehouse worker?...

The refurbishment work seems correct. However, a dust cover for the piston was not properly in place (I had to reposition it myself) and the banjo bolts left on the calipers during shipping were not returned, which prevented me from testing the assembly for a long time. Human error, but for old and specific parts, better control would be appreciated.

The received parts are compliant but incomplete. After contacting them, I was told that the internal parts of the piston were not available and that I had to reuse the old seals and rings.... I then asked how to proceed, possibly by paying, and I was told: defense secret! So I activated my contacts to find a solution. When selling something, everything must be included, otherwise we are selling a service.... These people are not correct, I do not recommend them!

Disappointed with the processing and delivery time. 6 days to receive an email for order preparation and 5 more days for delivery. I expected faster for a site focused solely on braking and which, in my opinion, should have almost all its references in stock to be responsive, I have doubts here. The order is compliant and delivered well packaged, that is good. If you can, improve the search engine because the current one is really very light. Good evening, my 2 orders have greatly exceeded the initial 72-hour deadline (the first one was apparently delivered more than 15 days later due to strikes, and the second one took about 3 weeks due to the carrier!). Moreover, the bleed screws of the rear calipers do not screw into their places because the threading is not the same. Otherwise, the package was well prepared and the phone reception was correct.

I had the four calipers restored with you, upon receipt I tried them all and they are fine. The car was immobilized for two and a half years for various reasons, when I pick it up one caliper does not work. I ask the concerned service, they do not want to know anything, it's my fault. Moral of the story, I took it apart and returned it to them for repair and I paid 260 euros.

I am generally satisfied with the product, the prices charged, and the telephone reception. However, I strongly encourage this French company to review its delivery providers who, in my case, made me lose an enormous amount of time (over a month), it is not normal for a package to arrive faster from Taiwan.
