Some difficulties after ordering, as the product has still not been received (ordered in March 2023). The reason is that the components crisis is preventing my Cambox from being shipped, so the announced deadline is well past. An official communication had been made, a little late perhaps but at least they communicated on the subject. Cambox was able to find a solution while waiting to receive my order, and I appreciate it when a company makes an effort to solve this kind of problem. A Cambox v3 was loaned to me while I waited to receive my v4 pro, I salute this initiative and this commercial gesture. I look forward to receiving my v4 pro so I can give 5 stars if necessary.

We would like to inform you that our product was designed to be an entry-level option for a rather young audience, children or teenagers for whom it is the first in-car camera. Because of this positioning, it has a single microphone in mono audio which is usually sufficient to meet the needs of these users.
That being said, we understand that this may be a disadvantage for some customers who are looking for higher sound quality. That is why we offer other Camboxes in our range with technical features that allow for even better sound and image performance.

Customer service has been fantastic. Despite the time difference is they get back to us quickly and accurately. I have been unable to figure out how to get the camera to work until I noticed that there was no SD card in it. The camera I Purchased does not come with an SD card. I’m getting one today. I’m sure everything will be just fine.

The camera is awesome and fits perfectly inside my helmet. Only niggle with it is the button. I would have preferred a slightly bigger version of the mk3's button for turning it on as it's on the front and is proud of the body so easier for me to press with motorcycle gloves on. The other niggle is the app that goes along with the camera is useless. Other than that a great product

I finally managed to use it and I admit that the quality is there. The small defects remain the system of hooking with the velcro which came off (adhesive not velcro) in full race thus a little embarrassing! To refine in time but if you develop a new adhesive so that the scratch sticks properly to the helmet foams in its upper part I'm a taker. I may try an irreversible glueing for the grip is good ? I bought the V4 pro horse, the delivery was very long but it was announced 15-20 working days at the order. The camera is very light, discreet, the video quality is good (below a go pro but the comfort is incomparable). I am happy with my purchase. A small downside for the price a little high but if the quality of the camera makes it work for years, the price will be forgotten.

Took a while to be sent, which is understandable near Christmas. When it arrived near my home town they came when I wasn't home and didn't leave a note. I had to make many phone calls and visit the factory to see where it was. Turns out they had left it at the local post office.
