Product received damaged Does not work well I am waiting for an exchange

Great product with an extraordinary amount of settings within the app. Bought a sim card that didn't work even tho it was recommended, however found one that worked and I have enjoyed the cambox! Great for karting and even recording sim racing!
Very long delay, delivered with a lack of product (charging cable) and especially I was promised accessories that I did not receive

Concerning the delay, like many companies we are impacted by the shortage of electronic components which unfortunately delayed your delivery.

During our telephone conversation you told us that your package had been opened by customs. We explained to you that inside the packaging you should have found 3 cardboard boxes, instead you found only one. One of these boxes contained the USB-C cord. As already explained, we are not responsible for this loss due to the opening of the package by customs.

To apologize for the inconvenience, we had offered as an accessory velcro for additional fixation. Once again, this lack of product is not our fault.
In summary, we had done everything possible to satisfy you, and we regret the severity of your opinion in view of the context.

Excellent and very clever product. The quality of the film is fantastic and I love how discretely it fits to your helmet. A GoPro would not have worked for me as I'm constantly ducking to get under trees and branches when out riding. The Cambox adds no height to your helmet and it fits very securely. 🙂

I purchased a Cambox V4 Pro for use on open top race cars. The product is velcroed to the fabric that covers the polyurethane helmet structure inside the visor. Unfortunately, with heat and vibration, the fabric comes off with the Cambox and falls off obstructing visibility. It's clear how dangerous this is if it happens during competition. I reported the problem but after an email where they said they would check it out, 20 days went by and still no response. I asked to try to fix it using the velcro that is applied to the piece inside the fabric and asked if it was possible to get it for free but of course nothing was sent to me. I then proceeded to buy, at my expense, two velcro for 33,30€ but as of June 20, shipping date, I still don't have the product because Fed-ex lost the package..... I am desperate .

I bought this camera primarily to make memories with my horse. I really like it so far. Pros: it’s sleek and not bulky. It feels secure under my visor helmet using the Velcro. And easy to remove. I like all the options of settings for what type of day it is and can change from HD 720, full HD, or 4K. I like the picture quality and the sound quality seems good too. I like the idea of the app and connect the camera to phone using wifi and can change settings so forth. Can downloaded videos and save to phone as well. I’m interested to know what the battery life is like on this because I sometimes go for long rides. Cons: when I used it today it just switched off randomly and I couldn’t get it to re start recording again when I switched it back on. But that might be because the storage was full. I’m not sure. I think it will be a little annoying that you have to connect to wifi to use the app. Tip: play around with it for a day or so to get the idea of how it works before riding. I rode with it today for the first time. And play around with the app, it has some pretty cool features like the preview mode- I like that idea. Can change settings without recording and see it all on the app. Also like that you can buy extra Velcro strips too, I’ll need those I think.

I bought the V4 pro horse, the delivery was very long but it was announced 15-20 working days at the order. The camera is very light, discreet, the video quality is good (below a go pro but the comfort is incomparable). I am happy with my purchase. A small downside for the price a little high but if the quality of the camera makes it work for years, the price will be forgotten.

I love my Cambox V+ Pro. I had a little trouble up front with learning to play video but once I figured out to use VLC Media player, life got a lot easier. Most recently I was having trouble updating the firmware. Victor was super helpful and did a force update through Team Viewer. My firmware is now current and the camera works perfectly. Love the low profile and how it fits under my helmet visor. Would definitely recommend to all my horse friends.
For me, the best after-sales service of all websites! A chat with interlocutors listening, fast and ultra efficient! They accompany us in the resolution of the small problems of parameter setting. And the system of ticket SAV also works very well!

I ordered a cambox v4 pro, at the reception the microphone was crackling, I sent it back, after 1 month they sent it back to me but it still crackles. Since I had placed another order, they did not charge me for the delivery. (Because they charge for the return of the camera) But I'm going to keep the camera that crackles. I'm going to switch to Go pro to have better sound and image

We are sorry to hear that your sizzling problem persists. We have exchanged your camera for a new one and we tested it before sending it back, and it did not have any defect. This sizzling can potentially come from your media on which the videos are played.
Regarding the return of the camera, it is not charged if the camera is under warranty. We charge for the return when the products are no longer under warranty.

I ordered the camera on 4th April and paid £12.99 for FedEx 2 day delivery. After 10 days I emailed cambox to ask why my camera had not been delivered but I did not receive a reply. I emailed again after another 3 days had passed - still no reply. The camera arrived on 19th April. I’ve not used the camera yet.
