Hello, I am very satisfied with the service and the extreme speed of delivery as I placed my order on Thursday around 11:30 AM, the package was immediately dropped off at 11:45 AM at the post office and reached the relay point I had chosen on Saturday morning of the same week, that is 2 days later, knowing that the distance between us is 720 km! Bravo and thank you for this responsiveness which has become very rare these days!

Product arrived on time, well protected, accompanied by a nice little note. However, the device was only working halfway and does not charge. As a result, nothing after 5 espressos.

The shipping method via DPD is an absolute disgrace. No delivery, but pickup somewhere? You can't be serious?!? If I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered. I will NEVER order from Casambu again - and from now on, I will try to convince everyone I know, at every opportunity, to never order from there again.
