Delivery was reliably carried out and the ordered products were included. However, the international shipping was inexplicably divided into two packages, which were delivered one day apart. Additionally, there were a lot of forms, delivery notes, invoice copies, etc. included - completely exaggerated - and a bunch of "plastic waste" used as padding. So everything is fine in itself, but delivery and packaging were unnecessarily resource-intensive.

The received products are very good, but half of them are made in China, which is difficult to accept from a brand that systematically emphasizes its respect for the environment. The minimum would be for the country of manufacture to be indicated in the presentation of each item.

We try as much as possible to favor French and European manufacturing. As you can imagine, many materials are now primarily produced in Asia and it is difficult to offer a 100% local supply.
