One of the solid wheels received has cracks on the tread. After an email to Caujolle with a photo: Their response: "it will not affect the operation". No question of returning a wheel in good condition. In any case, it will affect the lifespan of the wheel as well as my opinion of this company that sells junk without flinching.
From a strictly technical point of view, we confirm that these slight surface cracks on the tread do not alter the structure of the solid wheel, its mechanical strength, or its safety in use. The wheel is perfectly usable as it is and its lifespan is not compromised.
That is why, as we proposed to you by email, we formally commit: if in use this wheel were to present the slightest problem or prove to be defective, we will immediately and free of charge send you a new replacement wheel. You benefit from a total guarantee on this point.
