I was not allowed to make a change because I did not request them with brakes. I had to order other wheels to resolve it. And now the customer is claiming that the Nylon tires of the wheels are marking the wooden floor.

We regret this negative review, but we do not refuse to exchange the merchandise. We simply ask that you return the package at your own expense, as the merchandise had to be picked up in Spain, near Madrid, but you refused to pay for the shipping. Our general policy accepts product exchanges without issue, and returns are free, but only from France. As for the marks on the floor, it would have been ideal for you to consult us beforehand, as your floor might be too fragile. Sometimes, on very soft parquet floors, a roller can puncture and leave marks. We apologize for this negative experience.
