On the advice of a friend, I ordered from you! The good point is that there is a team listening, but the negative point is the delivery too late compared to the announced deadline, causing disruption in the progress of the work and the delivery method with Schenker which outsources, thus further delaying the delivery! Some burrs not removed on the plates, the foot does not touch the ground when the dolly is standing, making it difficult to load a piece of furniture ... forced to act as if we had a shovel!!! not practical at all!!! the axle on which the wheels are is too long ;; one might think that the wheel spacing is adjustable, as there is a small nut that tightens a ring .. OK, but between the chassis and the wheel spaced out to the maximum outward, there is no plastic ring to compensate for the gap, and maintain the spacing .. useless!!! This dolly seduced me when I saw it in a photo on your site, accompanied by flattering descriptions .. I am very disappointed!! I expected much better!! I need to buy several more, I will certainly not take your models back ... nor recommend them to other colleagues

1. Burrs, finishes, and hot galvanization
You are right, burrs and rough finishes may remain on the plates. This is directly related to our manufacturing choice: hot galvanization.
This method involves dipping the dolly in a bath of molten zinc, which creates a very thick and uneven deposit compared to cold galvanization.
If the appearance is less "pretty" or less uniform, this treatment offers maximum corrosion protection and a lifespan far superior to that of a simple fine deposit. It is a technical choice aimed at robustness and longevity, rather than perfect aesthetics.

2. Foot that does not touch the ground (tilt)
The fact that the wheels do not touch the ground when the dolly is at rest is a deliberate and intentional feature in the design of many professional dollies, including ours.
This slight tilt helps relieve the wheels during long storage periods (which is common for this type of tool), thus preventing their deformation and premature wear.

Deformation on the tire, a flat appears during inflation!
Hello. The valve of the delivered inner tube is a bent valve, which is very difficult to inflate. A straight valve was expected when ordering. So I am not satisfied with my order.

Excessive price for what it is, the nylon spacer is difficult to assemble.
The spacers are indeed removable in order to have a durable product and to be able to replace them if wear is too significant. 90% of the models on the market are designed not to be repaired when the hub deteriorates over the years. You have purchased a wheel made in France, very durable, made from recycled rubber, therefore ecological, and moreover, it is repairable at the hub! If the ring came out during assembly, it means you did not insert your axle in a centered manner, which caused it to come out of its housing. It only takes 3 or 4 seconds to put it back and does not affect the strength at all!!

I am disappointed to have had to buy 8 wheels because the first 4 lasted 3 hours before breaking, even though the description perfectly matched the use I made of them, not to mention that I had made spacers to the dimensions of my first purchase that I had to redo with the change of wheels. I think I will still contact consumer services to find out if all this is normal because it is costing me a lot.
We are sorry for your bad experience but as we have already discussed, you purchased a model without any internal bearing to mount on a mower that exceeds our recommended speed of 4 km/h. The load and speed generated heat and the plastic melted.
However, during our previous exchanges, we did offer a commercial discount on your new wheels because we understand that you are not a specialist.
Please know that in any case, if the new wheels we recommended do not work, we will fully cover this after-sales service.

Wheels with serious manufacturing defects
The site is well made and very detailed. The order arrived late compared to what was initially announced (I take into account the public holiday) but it's not a drama, however receiving wheels that have already been mounted is inexcusable. It's not a storage problem if some of the ordered wheels are neatly packaged and others thrown in the box... After all, these are wheels that will get dirty but I ordered new items. Strangely, when you want to leave a review directly on the site, it doesn't work.
Correct material, only the carrier did not properly ensure their service which spoiled this purchase.
I have received the wheels. However, the roller bearings leave me perplexed: there are 7 rollers per wheel with an irregular spacing between them, as if 1 or 2 are missing. I suppose this is Asian manufacturing... I am rather disappointed with these bearings.
We have received your order, but I assure you that we manufactured the rim, the tire, and the end caps in our factory in Toulouse! The bearing is German and comes from the largest brand in Germany! You can disassemble it to see the inscription on it. It is a very high-performance model on which we have no doubts about its strength or performance!
