After reviewing your order and delivery, we apologize and understand your dissatisfaction. We will also take into account the relevance of your comment. Until now, we did not send parcels to the post office on Fridays. As Monday January 1 was a public holiday, your parcel left our warehouses on January 2 and arrived at its destination on January 4.
